1. Introduction
Welcome to Worksop Sea Cadets Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating an exclusive webshop offering cadet-themed clothing for members of Worksop Sea Cadets (“the Club”). By placing an order through this webshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Only current members of Worksop Sea Cadets are permitted to place orders. By ordering, you confirm your membership.
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are placed via the WooCommerce webshop with payments processed securely through Stripe.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order, including sizing, before submission.
- Once an order is placed and payment accepted, it is binding and cannot be cancelled.
4. Custom-Made Products
All garments are custom printed on demand to club specifications.
- Due to their bespoke nature, products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
- You must consult the provided size guides carefully before ordering. We accept no liability for incorrect size choices.
5. Shipping
- Shipping is arranged using a third-party fulfilment service.
- We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns and Faulty Goods
- If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- We may request photographic evidence before authorising any return or replacement.
- Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
7. Distance Selling and Cancellation Rights
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Contracts Regulations, cancellation rights do not apply to bespoke or personalised goods. Therefore, you cannot cancel or return your order after it has been placed unless there is a manufacturing fault.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and designs relating to Worksop Sea Cadets are owned or licensed by the Club. Your use of the webshop or products does not grant any rights to these.
9. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our liability for faulty goods is limited to replacement or refund as above.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
