Shipping

• We ship exclusively to Worksop Sea Cadets members for collection form the unit; TS Bentinck.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors.

Returns

We cannot accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes.

Due to the custom-made nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the fault.

Remedies for faulty goods include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
